Rock Paper Scissors – Medicine Hat

Rock, Paper, Scissors…. Lizard, Spock??

Medicine Hat is playing host to an event that promises to be good fun for the whole family and gives you an opportunity to win $500 cash, all while supporting a great cause.

The event is the Rock Paper Scissors Championship and it is being held at the Esplanade at 1pm on February 12th. All proceeds from the event will be going directly to Junior Achievement, an organization that helps the youth of Southern Alberta learn and discover the skills they need to be successful leaders and entrepreneurs.

Registration for the event can be done right at the Esplanade on February 12th, the cost is only $5 per person or $20 for the whole family. Each person who registers will have a chance to win the $500 prize.

In addition, $500 will also be donated to one of the schools that has been participating in the Rock Paper Scissors Event.

Junior Achievement receives no government funding so this event is their main source of funding in the Hat.
